Workaround fix for Teams Panel
This article provides a workaround when the Teams Panel in the meeting rooms is experiencing the following behaviours:
- Upside-down display
- Freezing / Non-responsive
- Blank screen
Follow the steps below to reset the panel.

Hold the Power button on the Hub Panel box or disconnect the power cable to shut down the device.
- Wait between 30 – 60 seconds.
- Turn on the Hub Panel box / Reconnect the power cable. It may take up to 5 minutes to boot up the devices.
(Training Room 1 & 2 – Hold down power button for around 30 seconds)
(Boardroom – Remove the power cable, wait between 30 – 60 seconds then reconnect the power cable)
