SDN Hub Meeting Room MS Teams Audio Visual
Intro to the devices:
The touchscreen console in a meeting room is the heart of every meeting. It automatically wakes up when it detects motion. On the screen, there are a few things you can do:
Join a scheduled meeting by selecting the meeting.
How to use Screen as a Projector -or- Present your screen to in-room participants?
Project your laptop by plugging in the cable connected to the console. Depending on the room settings, it may be projected to the room automatically, or you may have to select Present 
on the room console
How to connect to a scheduled meeting?
When you're in a meeting, you'll have options to manage your camera and mic, share content, add participants, and end the call
Note: To get a meeting to show up on the room console, organizers should set the room as the meeting location
How to initiate new meeting and invite participants?
Start a new meeting by selecting Meet now. You can add participants by searching the staff name. For non-SDN staff, please send Meeting ID and Password to the participant.
Make a phone call by selecting Dial pad 
and dialling a number.
How to share your screen?
To share your desktop with participants, just connect your laptop to the HDMI cable connected to the room console.
Stop sharing your desktop
Select Stop presenting on the console.
ADDITIONAL TIPS
If you don’t have HDMI on your laptop and you would like to share your screen
Join the meeting on your laptop and on the AUDIO, select team room’s audio, then select Share 
then the item you want to share
Rebooting from the Touch Panel
If the touch panel inside the room is responsive, we can reboot the device by tapping on the … More > Restart Device.
If the touch panel is not responding
