Using the FortiClient VPN
Note: You must be connected to a Wi-Fi connection before you can connect to the VPN.
1. Locate the FortiClient VPN Application, this can be found on your Desktop, once located, launch the application.
2. Launch the Application, the VPN Name should be filled in already.
Enter your SDN username and password.
- If not, click on the 3 horizontal lines to the right (highlighted in red above) and click on Edit the selected connection and enter the information shown below and click Save
Remote Gateways : https://vpnclient.sdn.org.au:10443
Username: <Your SDN login ID> (Same as your Computer login)
3. Enter your Password and click Connect. For a more streamline experience, you may select the Save Password option, this way in the future you’ll only need to click on connect.
4. When connecting, and prompt with the below security certificate, Click Yes to proceed
5. You are now connected to the SDN VPN, this can be verified on the following screen.
