Select the options “I’ve forgotten my password” or “I know my password but still can’t sign in” and click “Next”. Select “Text” or “Call” and enter your phone number, then next. Enter the verification code. Choose a new password and click “Finish”. Password Requirements: The new password must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the SDN password management procedure: It must be at least 12 characters long. It must contain at least one character from 3 of the 4 following groups: Uppercase letters (A-Z) Lowercase letters (a-z) Numbers (0-9) Symbols (!@#$%^&*...) It cannot match any of your past 5 passwords. It cannot contain characters that match 3 or more consecutive characters of your username You have successfully reset your password!
